This Privacy Policy describes how GoalDaddy Breaks LLC (“GoalDaddy Breaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with goaldaddybreaks.com (the “Site”), our email and SMS marketing programs, and related customer support. To opt out of cookie-based “sharing,” adjust cookie preferences and use browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals if supported—our intent is to honor GPC where reasonably detectable.

  • We maintain consent logs and may receive delivery/engagement metadata from our SMS/email service provider(s).

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method is 100% secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8) Children
